universal cablecomfortable pajamas
The hotel provides a universal cable for charging and comfortable pajamas. the shampoo and conditioner were particularly nice, leaving my hair very soft. the rooms are fully equipped. I found a teapot, fridge and tools to clean my shoes.
the room cleaners mistakenly disposed of medicine i had on a shelf. it was not marked for disposal. the front desk manager offered a verbal apology, but a formal replacement was not provided.

The location was great, very close to public transport. My room was a decent size. The staff assisted with luggage shipping to another city.
The public bath was a little crowded at peak times.

an okay hotel experience

check-in and check-out were easy too. the hotel also had its own onsen. it was very clean, which i appreciated.
i thought there should be body lotion in the room, but there wasn't any. i bought a breakfast ticket. when i got to the buffet, most of the trays were empty. that was disappointing, i must say.
